CURRENT RELEASE: HER GIFTS
Dr. Linda F. Beed was born with a story in her mouth and a love for people in her heart.
Her desire to share her writing gift with the world led her to establish On Assignment Publications. Her first release was a novel, Business Unusual (first in her Covenant series). She followed that publication with Flavorful, her short-story contribution to Home Again: Stories of Restored Relationships.
Her Gifts, the first in the Living His Love series is her first inspirational romance novella. That work will be followed by the novel Through the Fire, the second in the Covenant series.
As a conference coordinator she has shared in the success of national literary events such as Romantic Times. She also served on the faculty of the Black Writers and Reunion Conference. Her other writing endeavors include contributions to Shades of Romance digital magazine and host of Let's Bear Good Fruit. Dr. Linda also provides workshops and coaching sessions via The Write Plan for those interested in learning the business side of writing.
A veteran children's minister, Dr. Linda is a living example of her tagline: Using Words to Bear Good Fruit. She is a member of the Seattle/South Sound chapter of the Professional Women of Color Network and the National Council of Negro Women. In her quest to help further the education of others she is on the Board of Directors for the T&T Foundation.
Treva Scott has survived an unusual upbringing and is ready to put the bad memories behind her. In order to succeed she perseveres through prayer.
Feeling that she's overcome the demons of her past, Treva's next step is to move from the realm of employee to business owner. If all goes as she hopes, she'll soon receive another gift she longs for.
Brian Chin has been able to see the real woman beneath the shroud of artificial needs Treva depended on. Believing her to be his soul-mate he has dedicated himself to praying for their future together and believes that there's nothing that can take them backwards.
When current circumstances become reminiscent of her past, Treva is forced to answer her own hard question--CAN I LIVE WITHOUT HIM?
